What do I wear to Zumba Classes?

Comfortable clothing that you would wear going to the gym or going for a walk. Shoes that don’t have a lot of grip so you can twist and move around easily with them. Also, we sell the a selection of clothing and official Zumbawear at our classes.

How coordinated do I have to be to Zumba?

Zumba classes are designed to be easy and repetitive, so after a couple of tries you will pick up the moves.

Classes remain similar and are all go at your own pace so you will improve your coordination over time.

So anyone with any coordination level can Zumba!
